The Board of Directors of Delfi Capital, takes its corporate governance responsibilities seriously. The Board is comprised of four directors and has a mix of the experience and skills necessary to identify and apply good corporate governance principles and practices that would enable it to understand and oversee managed fund’s operations, Delfi Capital’s corporate governance requirements and ensure that they are carried out in accordance with the expectations of all interested parties and particularly the managed fund’s investors.
